This past weekend, 1312 (City of Southend-on-Sea) Squadron was proud to host and deliver the prestigious East Sector Bronze Leadership course, bringing together cadets from three local squadrons. Last month, some of our cadets took part in a high ropes activity at Skreens Park Activity Centre! Cadets showed incredible teamwork and determination as they tackled challenging obstacles high above the ground. It was a fantastic opportunity to build confidence whilst out of their comfort zone.
