Last weekend, we held a camp at Belchamps Activity Centre, giving cadets who joined the squadron in October the opportunity to put the skills they have learned to the test.
The weekend included friendly competition across a range of activities, including first aid, leadership, archery, radio use, and a fun field gun race. Camping overnight also provided valuable experience in pitching and sleeping in tents, as well as cooking outdoors.
Team 3 performed exceptionally well, winning three out of the four competitive stands. Cadet Kuc was awarded Cadet of the Camp, and congratulations are also in order for Sergeant Irons, who received a well-deserved promotion to Flight Sergeant.
All cadets had a fantastic weekend, well done to everyone involved!
