Congratulations to Sgt Herman, who proudly represented Essex Wing at the Central & East Region Inter-Wing Athletics Competition held at South Kesteven Sports Stadium in Grantham on Saturday. Sgt Herman competed in the 800 metres and delivered a fantastic performance, earning a well-deserved silver medal. Well done, Sgt!

On Wednesday evening, some of our cadets enjoyed an intro to paddle sports session on the River Chelmer. There was plenty of fun and games, and not a dry cadet by the end! The session also gave our paddle sports instructors a great opportunity to practise their coaching skills.
