Is it too early to talk about the C word? With the iconic John Lewis and Coca-Cola adverts already making their festive debut on TV (and yes, other department stores and soft drinks are available), we’re officially giving ourselves permission to feel Christmassy.
On Sunday, ten enthusiastic cadets proudly represented the squadron at Eastwood Community Centre’s annual Christmas Fayre. Taking a break from their usual parade routine, they jumped straight into festive duty, running the raffle stand and transforming into Santa’s very own ‘military elves.’
Their mission was simple: support the community centre’s fundraising efforts and help raise awareness for Mind, the mental health charity. From selling tickets to spreading holiday cheer, the cadets brought energy, teamwork, and plenty of smiles to the event.
A huge well done to all involved for supporting a fantastic cause and bringing a bit of extra sparkle to the community this festive season!
