Congratulations to Sgt Herman, who proudly represented Essex Wing at the Central & East Region Inter-Wing Athletics Competition held at South Kesteven Sports Stadium in Grantham on Saturday.
Sgt Herman competed in the 800 metres and delivered a fantastic performance, earning a well-deserved silver medal.
