Sunday saw some lively debate as cadets presented arguments both for and against thought-provoking topics they had proposed themselves, including ‘AI can only benefit society’ and ‘Military service should be mandatory after secondary school’. Each debate was moderated by a nominated speaker, with NCOs acting as judges. Even our junior cadets stepped up to lead their teams, demonstrating confidence and leadership. We saw some truly impressive oratory skills and persuasive arguments throughout the session — well done to everyone involved!
