On Tuesday evening, five of our cadets attended the Southend Schools and Clubs Jack Petchey Achievement Award Ceremony at the Palace Theatre, following their successful nominations earlier this year.
The event recognised the achievements of young people from across Southend who have made a positive impact within their schools, youth organisations, and communities. Each award recipient was nominated for showing dedication, resilience, or a willingness to support others.
The evening also included performances from local groups, providing a well-rounded celebration of the efforts and talents of young people in the area.
