On Sunday 11 May, while the rest of the Squadron were competing at the Essex Wing Sports Competition, a group of our cadets were proudly representing 1312 by volunteering at Southend’s Race for Life.
They supported the event by handing out medals, Soreen bars, and water to the many runners and walkers taking part, offering well-earned encouragement and refreshments as participants crossed the finish line.
It’s always a privilege to be invited to help at such an inspiring community event, supporting such a worthwhile cause.
